Jems Blog Hop Something for the Men May 2017

Happy Saturday!

Thank you for joining me on the Jems Blog Hop this week and I hoped you like what you saw on Tracy's blog! We have a lovely selection of ''Something for the Men'' based cards and projects to share with you using some retiring products but I am sure a few little sneak peeks will be in there too!

I wanted to use the Mixed Drinks Stamp Set for my cards and although there are plenty of drinks to share in this set.... the beer always calls to me and these could easily be turned into girly beer cards with some pink added!

I love the sentiment on this first card which is in the set.... I used Hello Honey (retired) but only because my Crushed Curry is no where to be found!  I do find it very hard to part with ink pads mainly because they last forever... we have a few that are retiring this year that I will miss.

My second card I stamp the beer and then re-stamped it with Versamark and added clear embossing powder to get a lovely shiny glass... although you cant see it very well in the photo.  Sentiment for this card was from Suite Sentiments.

Thank you for visiting today and I hope that you will pop over to the next blog in the hop who is the lovely Julie Kettlewell and see what she has got for you!

Happy Stampin

Hugs Sam xx
